Who we are
Aico Labs s. r. o., Palánok 4605/1, 949 01 Nitra, Slovakia, IČO 57 638 799, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Nitra, section Sro, file 69860/N, is the controller of the personal data described here.
Questions about your data: office@aicolabs.io.
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, your email address and the content of your message, through the contact form or by writing to us directly.
The contact form does not store anything on this website. It opens your own email app with the message prepared, and you send it from there.
Why, and on what basis
To answer your message and, if you ask for it, to prepare a consultation or an offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where it is kept
Messages arrive in our mailbox at office@aicolabs.io, hosted by Hostinger. The website itself runs on Vercel, which keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to operate and secure the service. Both act as our processors under data processing agreements; where data leaves the European Union, it is protected by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long
We keep your messages for as long as we are in contact about your request, and delete them at the latest two years after our last exchange, unless a contract follows, in which case the law sets how long records are kept.
Who else sees it
No one outside the processors named above. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising or automated decision making.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to office@aicolabs.io.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk.
